A spoon can be used
to heal a pimple (heat the spoon)
debuff puffy eyes (cool the spoon)
Apply mascara (without mess by placing it under your lower lashes and on top of eyelid to ensure no messy extra mascara on places you do not want it to be)
Cat eye ( Straight handle ensures a clean and straight line for eyeliner application)
Contouring ( Place Spoon on Apples or Cheekbones and then sclupt as you would normally under the spoon starting from your hair line to which ever point of your cheek you want to stop at) (Advanced)
PS I would use a plastic spoon it serves the same purpose (I wouldnt want all of your silverware to disappear during breakfast or dinner time)
By placing the spoon over lashes when applying mascara you eliminate the messy annoying black lines where you went over your eyelid |
Ok, so I feel kind of crazy that I’ve never heard of the spoon remedy before. It sounds awesome. I will definitely try it. I don’t wear make-up so I may not do that part, even though I keep saying I’m going to start. The tip about using plastic spoons works well for moms with teens that have to wash dishes. You will go to use that ‘clean’ spoon and see black smudges. Only because that teen did their version of dishwashing9running water)
ReplyDeleteI remember someone mentioned the spoon remedy for healing pimples, but I never actually knew how much that was a thing. Now that you have pointed it out as well, I just may have to try it and keep it in my book of home remedies. The rest of the stuff I'm afraid I don't use all that often. I'm not the kind of gent to wear makeup, haha. However, I will be sure to link this article to anyone I know who can use it!
