Keys to Starting Your Day Stress Free


As a busy body always on the go it is easy to get overwhelmed and feel like too much needs to be done with not enough time.  Don't fret we have all been there!  But the secret to having a healthy body is a healthy and active mind.

So I have taking the time to put together some keys to start your day stress free 

  1. The day can be long but tomorrow is a new day so be ready for it.  Iron your clothes, think about how you will wear your hair, finish any projects or homework, pack your lunch.  
  2. Once you have prepped for your busy day relax read a book or a long shower to rejuvenate your body
  3. GET your SLEEP IN.  I know we here this all the time but sleep is essiential to reduce stress at least 6-8 hours recommended
  4. Wake up with a positive outlook ready to take on whatever the day holds for you!
